Shipping and Returns


artfield galleries provides a fast and efficient shipping service. Most orders are sent from the UK.  Deliveries to UK addresses are sent FIRST CLASS  special delivery, or courier. Overseas orders are sent  using an International Signed for service, airsure or courier service. Most unframed items are sent in tough postal tubes, however we do send mounted items items flat packed. Artwork will require a signature on arrival.

Framed items are usually sent by art courier or parcel service. Some framed items require extra packing time and may take a little longer to arrive.

Our orders are shipped Monday to Friday and we aim to despatch the vast majority within 5 working days. However, most prints will be despatched quicker than this. If your print is delayed by more than 7 days we will keep you informed of the expected despatch date via email.

Returns Policy

Damaged goods – In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged, please contact artfield galleries as soon as possible. You MUST check your goods and email us WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS of receipt of a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement / refund procedure. You MUST keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from  artfield galleries.

Goods will not be accepted for return unless we are reasonably satisfied that they are damaged or defective.
